Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful business purposes, including learning about QC Devworks and contacting us about custom software development, application engineering, workflow systems, integrations, automation, AI optimization, and related services. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, or use it to transmit harmful code or unlawful content.

Service engagements

Project scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, ownership, confidentiality, support, and payment terms are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or other agreement accepted by QC Devworks and the client. A website inquiry does not create a service engagement by itself.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, project materials, approvals, and decisions needed for QC Devworks to perform the work. Delays or incomplete information may affect timeline, cost, or project outcomes.

Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, clients own custom deliverables created specifically for them after full payment. QC Devworks retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, code libraries, templates, know-how, general concepts, and reusable components. Third-party software, open-source software, platforms, APIs, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

AI, automation, and third-party services

Some projects may involve AI systems, automation tools, APIs, cloud services, databases, model providers, hosting platforms, or other third-party systems. Outputs from AI and automated systems can be imperfect and should be reviewed where accuracy, compliance, safety, or business risk matters. Third-party providers may change features, pricing, availability, or terms outside QC Devworks’ control.

Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, or professional advice for your specific situation. You should consult appropriate professionals where needed.

No warranties

This website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. QC Devworks makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Service warranties, if any, are only those expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QC Devworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Liability for service engagements is governed by the applicable written agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
