Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to qcdevworks.com, contact and audit requests, and ordinary business communications with QC Devworks.
Client project data may also be governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, data processing addendum, confidentiality agreement, or other written agreement. If a project agreement says something different about project data, that agreement controls for that project.

Cookies, analytics, and security tools
This site uses a cookie preference system. Necessary cookies and local storage are used for core site features, security, theme preference, form protection, and remembering your cookie choices.
Analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you accept them or save those categories in the preference center. You can change your choices anytime through the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a request to keep non-essential tracking off unless you later choose otherwise.
When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when it is needed to run the business, deliver services, protect systems, or comply with obligations.

Client project data
When we build or manage an application, we may receive access to client systems, sample records, production data, credentials, or business process details. We use that information to perform the agreed work and to provide application management, development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for software we build.
We do not treat client project data as ours to sell, advertise against, or use for unrelated work. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the project or for business operations tied to that project.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, supporting client projects, resolving disputes, complying with law, and protecting our rights.
If information is no longer needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or keep it only in backup, archival, accounting, security, or legal records where appropriate.
